Data we may receive
Depending on the form you use, we may request:
- Name.
- Email address.
- Phone number, when you choose to provide it.
- Area of interest and the content of your message.
- A record of the request's date, source and consent.
The public forms are not designed to receive medical records, diagnoses, identity documents, financial data or other sensitive clinical information. Avoid including them in your message.
Purposes
We use the information to:
- Respond to requests for information and guidance.
- Follow up on inquiries about services, education or activities.
- Notify you about a future Neuromúsica edition when you have requested that notification.
- Prevent abuse, spam and delivery failures.
- Meet applicable obligations and respond to requests about your data.
We do not use the Neuromúsica interest list to collect payments, reserve places or send payment details for an unconfirmed edition.
Providers that support data processing
To operate the forms, we may use infrastructure, database and transactional email services, currently Firebase/Google Cloud, Vercel and Resend. Some internal notifications may be sent through Telegram. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function.
The public Zentix chat operates as an independent channel. Before writing in it, avoid sharing sensitive clinical data and consult the privacy information displayed by that service.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose, provide reasonable follow-up and meet applicable obligations. We apply technical and organizational controls to limit access to the authorized team.
The public site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate visits and technical performance. Before sending those events, we remove query parameters and URL fragments; we do not send form contents, medical records or patient identifiers.
Your choices and rights
You may request information about your data, correct it, request its deletion, object to certain uses or withdraw your consent. Write from the email address you registered to centromexicanodemusicoterapia@gmail.com with the subject “Datos personales” (personal data). To protect you, we may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding to the request.
Changes to this notice
If the way we process data changes, we will publish the updated version at this same address and indicate its revision date.
